Shipping and delivery

As indicated in section 4 (Prices and payment methods) the shipment is charged to the Customer. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do its best to deliver orders according to the shipping option selected by the Customer and at the Customer's charge. The cost for each shipping method is clearly indicated during the order conclusion procedure. For all orders over 249 euro, shipping costs are included and free. In case the client makes an order above 249 euro with free shipping cost, but decides to return some part of the order and as a consequence the total of the effective order is lower than 249 euro, the reimbursment will be deducted for the amount of the shipping cost. Same applies for the return of the entire order above 249 euro. 

BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will do its best to deliver the orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were issued. The objective of BOUTIQUE CENTRAL is to deliver orders from 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation. However, payment by bank transfer will take longer to ship, as Siman Srl will wait for the payment to be received and that can take up to 2-5 working days depending on your bank. Despite the goal of delivering within the specified range, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.

Before issuing the order, BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will inform the Customer of the details of the planned shipment. After sending the order, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the data of the planned shipment.

If the product reaches the Customer in a state of damage caused by the shipment, BOUTIQUE CENTRAL does not assume any responsibility in this regard, as the packaging made by it falls within the provisions of the express courier.

Returns and exchanges

1. Right of withdrawal

The Customer can cancel or return the order from the date of issue up to 15 days after receiving the ordered items. If the customer has been charged for the amount of the items, he will receive a refund excluding shipping charges, if these costs have been generated.

If the Customer wishes to cancel or return the order, he must send BOUTIQUE CENTRAL a written communication by e-mail to info@boutiquecentral.it and return the goods to Via Del Gambero 39, 00187, Rome, Italy within a period of 14 days. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will reimburse the amount paid using the same method used by the Customer for payment (or, if the payment for the goods has not yet been made, will report the return of the items on the account summary) as soon as possible and at the latest by 14 days from receipt of the items. A different payment method may be used for the reimbursement, provided that the Customer consents to such change; in any case, this will not produce additional costs.

BOUTIQUE CENTRAL guarantees the reimbursement of all returned items according to the condition that all items are returned in the same condition as they were at the time of receipt by the Customer. This means that the items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for the normal test) and that all labels and tags must be intact.

2. Return and exchange

If the customer wishes, it is possible to return or change the order (unless accepted). The Customer must send BOUTIQUE CENTRAL a written communication by e-mail to info@boutiquecentral.it

The return or exchange is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:

• The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

• The identification tag must be intact on the garment;

• Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date on which the customer received the return acceptance email or exchange.

In case of change the shipping costs are charged to the Customer.

3. Return of defective products

If the item received is defective (for example buttons or faulty zippers, bad stitching), please notify BOUTIQUE CENTRAL immediately and return the item within 7 days after receiving the items. For each item found to be defective BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will carefully examine the returned product and notify you if we proceed with the full refund (including shipping costs) or with the replacement of the item. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns.

The provisions indicated here do not in any way limit the rights established by law.

All those products that have details (tears, uneven washing, etc.) that are intentional and part of the product and that make it its peculiarity do not fall into the category of manufacturing defects.
