TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Condition
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders sent by the customer (hereinafter "the Customer") To Boutique Central, P.IVA 08445471009 (hereinafter "BOUTIQUE CENTRAL" or "we"), through the website, the site mobile or mobile application of the BOUTIQUE CENTRAL. (jointly called "boutiquecentral.it").
By using boutiquecentral.it and / or issuing an order, the Customer agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read and fully understand the Terms before issuing an order.
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and without notice. The version of the Terms applied to the Customer's order is the one present on boutiquecentral.it when the order is issued.
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL wants to give the best online shopping experience possible. For this we must make sure that our services work perfectly. The customer declares that he understands and accepts not to (i) send, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that could cause damage or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act or use any device that limits, compromises, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the boutiquecentral.it site, or impacting the security of the site; or (iii) use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, equipment, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to browse or search internal site, or copy content from the site. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL reserves the right to immediately prohibit access to the site and close the account of any user who violates these provisions or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and warranty
The inclusion of any product or service on boutiquecentral.it at a particular time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL reserves the right to suspend any product at any time.
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL does everything possible to accurately show the characteristics of our products, including the composition and colors. The colors displayed depend on the system used on the Customer's computer; BOUTIQUE CENTRAL cannot guarantee that the Customer's computer accurately reproduces the colors.
The sizes of the garments indicated on boutiquecentral.it express approximate values to help you better understand the fit and size of that specific garment and do not represent a guarantee of the actual size of the garments you will receive. The actual measurements of a garment may vary depending on the material used for the production.
If the purchased goods have defects, BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will comply with all the regulations in force on the warranty. If the Customer wishes to expose a complaint concerning a clear defect of the material or of the manufacture in the goods supplied by us, excluding damages resulting from transport, see section 6 (Returns and exchanges). Small imperfections or possible differences in the material are to be considered a merit and guarantee of artisanal production.
The ordering options available to the Customer are via boutiquecentral.it. After sending the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If for any reason BOUTIQUE CENTRAL is not able to execute the order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. If BOUTIQUE CENTRAL has already received payment for this order, it will reimburse the amount using the same method chosen by the Customer to make the payment. If, for any reason, different agreements are necessary, BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will inform the Customer by asking to contact the BOUTIQUE CENTRAL Customer Service who will arrange for a refund.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following schedule: 9.00-17.30 and depart the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
4. Prices and payment methods
The prices published on boutiquecentral.it are to be understood as including current VAT, excluding shipping costs. Payments and all monetary transactions take place in Euros. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice. Prices may vary between shop, catalog and online.
You can pay for the items ordered using the methods below.
Credit / debit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
It is possible to enter the payment data when the order is issued, using a valid credit or debit card
Issue of the document certifying the purchase
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL undertakes to issue an invoice in electronic format that certifies the purchase by the Consumer.
5. Shipping and delivery
As indicated in section 4 (Prices and payment methods) the shipment is charged to the Customer. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do its best to deliver orders according to the shipping option selected by the Customer and at the Customer's charge. The cost for each shipping method is clearly indicated during the order conclusion procedure. For all orders over 249 euro, shipping costs are included and free. In case the client makes an order above 249 euro with free shipping cost, but decides to return some part of the order and as a consequence the total of the effective order is lower than 249 euro, the reimbursment will be deducted for the amount of the shipping cost. Same applies for the return of the entire order above 249 euro.
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will do its best to deliver the orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were issued. The objective of BOUTIQUE CENTRAL is to deliver orders from 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation. However, payment by bank transfer will take longer to ship, as Siman Srl will wait for the payment to be received and that can take up to 2-5 working days depending on your bank. Despite the goal of delivering within the specified range, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.
Before issuing the order, BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will inform the Customer of the details of the planned shipment. After sending the order, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the data of the planned shipment.

If the product reaches the Customer in a state of damage caused by the shipment, BOUTIQUE CENTRAL does not assume any responsibility in this regard, as the packaging made by it falls within the provisions of the express courier.
6. Returns and exchanges
6.1 Right of withdrawal
The Customer can cancel or return the order from the date of issue up to 15 days after receiving the ordered items. If the customer has been charged for the amount of the items, he will receive a refund excluding shipping charges, if these costs have been generated.
If the Customer wishes to cancel or return the order, he must send BOUTIQUE CENTRAL a written communication by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the goods to Via Del Gambero 39, 00187, Rome, Italy within a period of 14 days. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will reimburse the amount paid using the same method used by the Customer for payment (or, if the payment for the goods has not yet been made, will report the return of the items on the account summary) as soon as possible and at the latest by 14 days from receipt of the items. A different payment method may be used for the reimbursement, provided that the Customer consents to such change; in any case, this will not produce additional costs.
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL guarantees the reimbursement of all returned items according to the condition that all items are returned in the same condition as they were at the time of receipt by the Customer. This means that the items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for the normal test) and that all labels and tags must be intact.
6.2 Return and exchange
If the customer wishes, it is possible to return or change the order (unless accepted). The Customer must send BOUTIQUE CENTRAL a written communication by e-mail to email@example.com
The return or exchange is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• The identification tag must be intact on the garment;
• Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date on which the customer received the return acceptance email or exchange.
In case of change the shipping costs are charged to the Customer.
6.3 Return of defective products
If the item received is defective (for example buttons or faulty zippers, bad stitching), please notify BOUTIQUE CENTRAL immediately and return the item within 7 days after receiving the items. For each item found to be defective BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will carefully examine the returned product and notify you if we proceed with the full refund (including shipping costs) or with the replacement of the item. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns.
The provisions indicated here do not in any way limit the rights established by law.
All those products that have details (tears, uneven washing, etc.) that are intentional and part of the product and that make it its peculiarity do not fall into the category of manufacturing defects.
7. Our responsibility
None of the provisions contained herein limits or excludes the liability of BOUTIQUE CENTRAL for any case in which an exclusion or limitation of liability would be contrary to the law.
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL accepts responsibility in the event of death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees or agents. BOUTIQUE CENTRAL does not exclude its liability for fraudulent misleading presentation by us, our employees or agents. In the event of violation of these Terms, BOUTIQUE CENTRAL will only be liable for losses that constitute a reasonable and predictable consequence of such violation.
BOUTIQUE CENTRAL is not responsible for indirect losses that are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or opportunities; neither for the impossibility to deliver the goods or to fulfill our other obligations sanctioned by the present terms, when such lack is to be imputed to an event beyond our reasonable control, included but not limited to fires, floods, storms, revolts, disorders civilians, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activities.
The maximum responsibility of BOUTIQUE CENTRAL for any loss or damage connected with the order issued on boutiquecentral.it will be limited to the total price of the order.
If any part of these Terms was or became declared void or unlawful or unenforceable under the law, this will in no way affect the applicability or legitimacy of the remaining Terms.
9. Ownership of the rights
All intellectual property rights, such as the trademarks and copyrights on boutiquecentral.it are by BOUTIQUE CENTRAL, and its licensors. Any use of boutiquecentral.it or its contents, including the copying or saving of such contents in whole or in part for uses other than personal and non-commercial, is prohibited without the permission of BOUTIQUE CENTRAL.
10. Competent Court
The contract is governed by the laws of the Italian State.
For all disputes relating to this agreement, the parties recognize the exclusive and subsidiary competence of the Rome court.
The main authority will be a Arbitration Board.
The Supplier's use of one of the procedures provided for by the art. 633 et seq. Code of Civil Procedure it will expressly renounce the arbitration clause extended here.
